Hello, a buxus and a rose are being devoured by some insect and i don't know which one it could be. Can you please help me? I got these pics

The roses are on a pot, they get loads of sun in the morning and midday and shadow in the evening. Spanish sun is very, very hard. Which can be the reason that they the leaves are in a very bad state and they almost never flower?

Roses bloom an new wood. Have you trimmed them lately? The damage looks like a japanese beetle bite. They also crawl into the blooms and eat them. I don't know if you have those nasty pest in Spain but we have them all over the States. From the looks of your roses it seems they need a good feeding and a good trimming. If they have been in the same container for a while they may need to be put in a larger container. If the soil in your pot looks like it has salt in it you need to change it.
