Roots system of the Sango Kaku

    I am new comer ...

    Does anybody know what does look like the roots system of the Acer Palmatum Sango Ku: surface or depth ?

    Most trees have a network of surface roots, including this one--which is propagated by grafting on Acer palmatum seedlings.
