Where I volunteer I'm constantly cutting back the passion flower vines. I 'd like to know if I can root these. If so, will the rooted cuttings produce flowers?
That's great news! I've been looking at some links in the forum and have discovered that the are passiflora caerulea. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and complex.
i put my cuttings in a small ( 2") pot with some rooting hormone and some pro mix, then place either a upside down vase or plastic bag overtop and place iton my fridge and they seem to do well this way. Just remeber to mist the cuttings ever now and then.
