    Hi all,

I have two limes growing on my Tahiti Lime. One is completely green, which I know means not ripe, and the other is green, but with one side like blushing yellow. How much yellow should be on the lime before it is considered ripe? I would say about a third of it is yellow, with the green that is left gradually getting paler and more yellow. Is this one ripe for plucking?

    Regards,

    Dan

Ummm I pick my Tahitians when they are green, I judge it in size. When mine go yellow, to me , they are just past ripe. I have always had very juicy limes with this method
