My rhodo has got masses of buds on it and looks as if it is going to bloom again. I am an amateur gardener, does this happen?

Many Rhodos do rebloom sporadically late in the season, although some people don't like it when they do as they say it takes away from the Spring bloom.

Remember that next Springs blooms are developed as buds this Fall, and what you are seeing may well be nothing more than the buds for next year's flowering. These can often look quite large, but just wait and see - they will probably sit there all winter and come out next year.
