The flower looks like Rhododendron "hybrid, azalea group" ‘Dorothy Gish’, but the leaves are totally different. So, an azalea is a guess.
Looks like a Sec. Brachycalyx azalea, since the leaves appear widest below the middle maybe Rhododendron mariesii.
