Tips on cultivation may be found here. (disclaimer: I maintain this website)

Rhododendron augustinii is quite variable, we propagate 15 distinct forms. Are you interested in a named variety or does it matter to you?

I would prefer purple. I am not sure what "a named variety " means as I am not well versed in the botanical lingo. There are these beautiful plants around my centre (all purple0 Would like the same. Can I come see what you have? Where are you located?

This one blooms in April. The most thrilling named selections ("forms") are blue, but if you'd rather have purple that's up to you. Maybe this will help you understand "forms", in this context:

    Cow: Holstein
Rhododendron augustinii: "forms" ('Electra', 'Towercourt' etc.)

    Hi Ron,

Can I purchase Rodo Austinii from you? Or do you know where, in Vancouver BC, I can get some?

    Thanks,
