After being a long winter, my wandering jew has dried up in places. How do I revieve this beautiful plant?

Maybe pot it into a bigger pot.

If the end of a section is still looking good while that below is looking dried up cut or break it off and either just put it into some soil or root it in water. They are very easy to grow.
    Good luck

I agree with Margaret, cut off the best looking ends and root them. They are extremely easy to grow from tip cuttings and usually when the middle dies out you still have lots of nice looking tips.
