well I can honestly say I have no clue what type of plant this is ... I found it out behind our apartment buildings dumpster someone gave up on the poor thing ... actually I have the other part of it here as well but its dead I barely managed to get this one out.... it sounds horrid but I literally had to rip reef and yang this one out the roots of its original pot where so bad everything was all warped up ... anyways I transplanted it over 3 weeks ago now and its all green still so guessing its alive
I need to figure out what type of plant it is now so I can look after it ... I am certain it didn’t like being ripped out of its old pot the way it was but the other plant was literally growing its roots through the plastic X_X and ripping the pot apart

Might be Ficus elastica, Rubber Tree. Does it bleed white sap/latex?

A small nick on the leaf margin would do.
