Earlier this year my wife received a greeting card that contained some wildflower seeds. She arranged the seeds to promote germination and, after several weeks elapsed, turned the spindly seedlings over to me. I coaxed, cajoled and threatened (the wee plants) into specimens that are now blooming. Please help to identify the little example shown.
To all who responded to my request - Thank you. I appreciated all comments and information. The plant appears to have been correctly identified as "Nemophila maculata". 79shadows.
