I have this red top cactus with other "tops" growing out of it from the red top area. I have no idea what type of cactus it is. And I would like to know what the little "clones" are, or what can I do with them??? I have attached a picture I took of it as well.

It's two different cacti, grafted on to one another. I can tell you that the green base is most probably Cereus or a relative, but the top I'm not sure of. If you take a look in the Cactus forum, there may be a thread with your answers.

The little "clone" things are actually buds coming off the red cactus; if you separate them gently you may be able to plant them out; but the red cactus was grafted to the green one because it's incapable of photosynthesis on its own. I think Joclyn has succesfully taken budded pups off of a purple cacuts similar to this one and had them survive. She knows more about that than I do, though.
