Red poaceae

    That's an amaranth. Don't know which one. Great pot herb, seeds make nutritious flour.

    Leaves are making me think it looks more like Chenopodium, also common weeds.

    Yeah, could be. The wavy edge of the lower leaves when you zoom in looks like Chenopodium album. I don't recall seeing it that red, while amaranthus spp. often are. Check them out, Andre. When I forage wild greens, I will collect Chenopodia and Amaranthus leaves in the same bag.
