Red Oak Problem

    I live in SAN ANtonio,TX. I ahve a three year old Red Oak (diameter @ base 6"). Leaves are turning yellow w/tiny brown spots. Yard is beautiful green, plenty of watering, base protected with mulch. Please help.

    Possibly too much watering. Maybe remove the mulch and water less often, though well when you do it.

    You don't have the mulch too far up the base rotting away at the trunk do you? just a suggestion.
