Red berry tree

My niece has just bought a place on Van Island and it came with two bushes with red berries - I have seen it before but forgot the name, and I believe the berries are poison. They have a young daughter so we thought we should get the true identification. Thanks

 

Sorbus aucuparia. Although still sold and planted it is a weed in this region.
