I was thinking about Ron's >10,000 posts, almost all of which have been of value to me. More importantly, he has influenced the way I look at plants and plant idenfication. Shouldn't there be a designation to honor such super human effort? His posts are almost 10X more than that which earns the designation of "Plant Enthusiast" and there is nobody who is even a close 2nd. Just a thought.

I think that Ron B should be named a "National Treasure", and that Daniel Mosquin should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his masterly moderation.

Time to revive this thread again, @Ron B has hit 20,000 posts - thanks to @Acerholic for noticing and mentioning that on another thread. Ron took some time off when things were down here and when not enough was happening to keep his interest, so the second 10,000 took longer. Ron, it was a big relief for me when you decided to come back and keep my IDs on track. Thank you for all your interest and your help.

Thought it should be recognized that Wendy @wcutler is now a Paragon of plants. But perhaps it should be 'paragon of the forum', with all the tireless work she does, sorting out problem after problem. Well done Wendy.
