Re-Planting/Moving Established Clematis

    We have years of established Sweet Autumn and Jackmanii Clematis about our deck. We are planning on putting in a new deck and wish to move the Clematis to another spot in our yard. What is the safest, gentlest way to move/re-plant these beauties? Thank you, Dee
