it looks close but I think its different: http://toptropicals.com/catalog/uid/Clitoria_sp.htm http://www.flickr.com/photos/30743267@N06/2904792478/
the flower looke exactley like it but the leaf doesent. ? so the clsest one so far is Spurred Butterfly Pea (Centrosema virginianum), I think thats the answer.
I'll stick with Clitoria mariana. Flower characteristics win out over leaves. Your plant looks like it has a tubular calyx. The calyx on C. virginianum is not tubular. Compare the two... Clitoria mariana and Centrosema virginianum
Clitoria at last link posted does look just like it, including the leaves. I assumed it was that plant when I first saw the pictures of the specimen in question. The flowers of Clitoria seem almost uniquely gynecological in appearance, the genus name being entirely apt - if perhaps a bit racy. Some scientific names for birds are of even more questionable seriousness.
Ime a bit confused but ime going with Clitoria mariana L. but if it helps heres a seed pod and some seeds, the seeds are stickey like glue. -
