Help....latley every morning when I get up I am finding the purple flowers from my wisteria on the ground with lots of rat droppings. The other night my husband went out to set some traps and he saw the little buggers eating away on the flowers. He set the traps and we caught 2 of them. Over the next few days the dropping were gone. But when I got up this morning they were back. Anyone ever hear of this?

Haven't seen them on wisteria but I have seen a roof rat coming to a friend's fig tree, and I've seen those or other rats eating Julian barberry fruits here.

Keep trapping. The roof rat is the rat of bubonic plague and other diseases.
