Anyone recognize this and can help diagnose? Mid-season last year leaf colour yellowed and eventually browned and canes seemed to die back. This year it is already happening early season. The leaves fade to yellow with the veins remaining green last. Some new leaves are starting out almost a bleached-looking yellow. Patch is 2 seasons old planted in well-drained space with about 1 1/2 feet of soil. No PH test or soil testing done as yet. We've applied fish fertilizer, kelp meal, alfalfa pellets and manure. The patch is in full sun. thanks in advance.
