My raspberries weren't big or sweet this year. Should I be using a fertilizer?

Dixie, check your soil's PH. 5.5-6.5 is ideal. Also, it depends on whether they are everbearing or summer rasberries, you will need to prune correctly to get results improved for the following year. Get a log book and start noting success and setback to the plants. Take a few photos, and through this effort you should see improvement.
