Earlier this past spring I had purchased (on line) a Ruffled Fan Palm (Rare Licula Grandis) plant, and it came to me bare root, very very small, about 3inches, but it looked healthy. Now it's Sept. and it's still really small-it did begin a new leaf but it's no larger. Does anyone know anything about this plant? I have it in cacti/palm potting mix, I never let it sit in water, and it gets diffused sun. I have moved it inside and it's currently under my LED wide spectrum chip tech lights along with my orchids. Photos of this palm when they're mature are really beautiful, which is what prompted me to try one in the first place.
