Queen of flowers?????

    Hi,
    I've been told that this is called 'queen of flowers" but I can find no info on it. Most web pages refer to roses by that name. Thanks a mil

    It looks like a Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica).

    Possible mistake based on cultivar name, there are many crape myrtles. Perhaps this or a similar one have a name like 'Snow Queen' or 'Bayou Queen'.
