If not flowers as Ron suggested, post just more pictures please, more details of stem, leaves, close-up of what is it on top of the stems, etc., -- help us make our guesses more reliable.
Local consensus now is a kind of Oenothera. If not, what are other possibilities? If so, can anyone suggest what species/cultivar?
