In The Garden: Puzzled

    Wyoming, Ohio, USA
    Have any of you seen this plant? It seems to be perennial and grows as a shrub. It seems to be everywhere in Wyoming, Ohio (North of Cincinnati). It is definitely not Redbud.

    Why do you rule out Cercis, -- different flowers or fruits?

    Looks like a redbud to me!
