    Probably the most common weed in a garden. I use it as a early Spring table green.
    I pull the whole plant and wash several times to remove debris and root dirt.It is cooked about 20
    minutes in a pot with a insert for steaming. It is eaten like spinach or beet greens. Goes well with a touch of vinegar. It is the earliest green in the Spring.
