Purple triangular flowers with bulbs

    I had thought at one point these were some type of daylily, but can't seem to find anything that looks exactly like them. You can see in the photos they have multiple buds on each flower that hang down on loose stems until they flower, they open in the day and close at night. The flowers are about 1 1/2" across and have bloomed since early spring til now. Thanks for any hints!

    Tradescantia, I think. I have several different kinds, and this sure looks like it.
