Re: Purple Heart Plants Is your plant outside? Where are you located climate wise? My purple heart is outside in the ground, and it looses it's leave each fall, and I then cut it back before spring.
You don't say how you are watering, if it's rootbound and how long it's been since it was cut back. The older leaves tend to turn pink and dry out. It's best to cut it back from time to time to 'refresh' it.
