If I copy the link it works. Anyways, it's some sort of Gentiana. As the plaits (the whitish fringe at the top) are longer than the corolla lobes, I would say this is a G. andrewsii. These are actually not buds but mature flowers, some species of Gentiana have flowers that remain closed and so they depend on pollinators which are strong enough to force themselves in (e.g. bumble bees).
