Identification: Purple bell flowering shrub

    Any ideas what this shrub is? It's flowering in June, and is in a seaside location.

    I haven't seen any at the local nurseries, Novus Plants is a wholesaler that tends to have unique plants. I will hopefully get some cuttings from my plant if all else fails.
