I have a 8 feet pseudopanax in my garden, I have been wrapping it for about 10 years but growing out of that method, can I cut it down to about 4 feet. thks
It would probably come back if you cut it, but why cut it? Just wrap it has high as you can, and if the top freezes, you still have some left at the bottom. If the top doesn't freeze then even better because who wouldn't want a big Pseudopanax??
