pruning lime fruit

    My lime tree is curenrly flowering the fruit is appearing At the top I have (seven) limes all together. Do i need to thin them or just leave them Thanks Barry

    There's no need to thin the fruits. The tree will hold on to the ones it can support and drop the rest on its own.

    Junglekeeper, has given you good advice. Further, it is also very important that you do not let the growth medium become overly dry at this time, nor should you over water the tree. If you have not fertilized the tree in some time, it is also important that you do so. The development and further maturing of fruit will require a lot of metabolites that must be supplied by the small tree. - Millet
