Just got this from my Grandpa. It's possible it has been a year since its been watered. Should I just propagate as much as I can (I've already taken several cuttings) or do you think it can pull through?
It looks terribly pot-bound. I would definitely try to grow new plants from cuttings and discard this one after making sure the cuttings are rooted.
