Greeting to everyone! I registered because of problems with my plants and because I don't have enough knowledge and experience so I appreciate any help and suggestion.
Year and a half ago I bought a plant and later found that it is kalanchoe tomentosa, also called panda plant.

Half a year ago I noticed little white dots on the leaves of the plant. I kept it outdoors then, but didn't notice any bugs or insects around so I thought it's nothing serious. From then I regularly check upon it, beneath the pot, the soil and the plant itself.

But the small white dots have begun to spread and now they are all over the plant, even the stem. That white thing cannot be removed without damaging the plant.
Also, they now seem to grow and form flecks.

Just to mention that couple of months before they occured, I treated the plant with insecticide so I thought that to be the reason for spots but looks like I was wrong because time is passing but this white spots are still spreading.

Here are the pictures so if anyone knows what might be the problem and how to solve it I would be most grateful.

    Thank you very much!
