Have you received any suggestions yet? I'm new to this forum and am still trying to find my way around. I also have a Keifer pear tree and some of the leaves are looking like the ones in your photos. I'm praying its not fire blight.
My local nursery said that its some kind of fungus and if was fireblight the tips would be black. I have not got any replys from this website.
