We have two Hansen's Bush Cherries (Prunus besseyi) in our garden and every year they'll have a profusion for flower blossoms and then tips of the bush will start to wither and die, they never bare fruit. I was wondering if someone might know the reason for this and what we could do to prevent it. The attached photos will show the dying tips on a couple of the branches.
you may need to plant another one near them to generate pollination. With these plants it more the merrier and better success rate when there are.
