Over the last two days, I've watched my finger jade wilt and collapse in my pot. It's got no life in it at all now.

I have it sitting on my office desk, getting filtered light, watering it 1/2 cup each Friday.

What is happening to cause it to do this so quickly?

No life at all? Even in the branches?

this morning, I see that the fingers closest to the base of the plant are withering and turning brown. All the new "baby" fingers (smallest branches) are withered and shrivelled. The offshoot stems are sagging with all the collapsed weight of the branches, but all the fingers on those branches are still firm.
