We just went through a colder than normal winter here in Houston and I think the cold weather may have damaged my Queen Palms. At the end of fall they were nice and green and looking pretty good, then about 2 months ago they started turning a slight yellow, and now it seems like every time a new frawn gets a decent size, another one droops an breaks. We put ours in about 3-4 months after a neighbor did, they were all the same height, trunk size etc, but his are about 5 feet taller than ours now and look very healthy. These pictures are the best I could get because I left my camera at my office.

Can anyone please give me some advice as to what I can do? Thank you!
