Problem with Pieris japonica - spider mites?

    Attached are three pictures of a Pieris japonica shrub whose leaves have been bleached out. Could this be spider mites? If so, what is the best treatment?

    Looks like the hybrid 'Forest Flame'. This is its normal appearance.
