This plant is just north of Manitou Springs, Colorado beside highway 24. It is a bush or shrub, not a vine. It is close to Fountain Creek. I have been calling it a wild grape, since the berries resemble those of the wild grape. Last fall, I tasted one, and it did not taste like a grape, wild or otherwise. The picture of the green berries was taken 6 July 2008, and the one of the ripe berries was taken on 19 August 2008. The third picture showing the very small flowers was taken on 27 May of this year.

Any idea what this is? The bush is about 6 feet tall, growing next to a rock face.

    Thanks.
