Probably An Easy Plant ID? :-)

My neighbor died shortly after I moved here and she has this incredible variegated groundcover in her front yard. It leafs out like a strawberry plant.

I'm in zone 4.

Looks like Aegopodium. I would not recommend planting any of that in your yard. It is very aggressive and very difficult to remove.
