   I have a clipping of a kind a Primrose. The roots started well in water. I planted it recently and it doesn't seem to be doing as well. Should I take it out of the earth and put it back in water?? Should I fertilize it?? It has small 1/4 inch leaves, that are fuzzy. Does anyone know the name of this plant?? Thank-you.
