I'm desparate to preserve my wisteria. Mine is an 8-yr old that was the pride of the road until last year when the leaves were looking rather small and pathetic with very few flowers. It didn't look happy last yr. & this year, the entire plant is dead from the top; although shoots have now appeared from underground. If the top is cut back, will the bottom shoots develop & flower into a property vine again? Any advice?
