I have a couple of ornamental evergreens that are being damaged by a mysterious (to me) brown rust. It starts at the tip of small branches, then moves up until the entire branch is brown and dry. Then the branch falls off or can be easily picked off. Is this a common fungus and, if so, what can I do about it? Thanks in advance to all...
