I have had my ponytail for around 25 years and it is flowering for the first time. See Picture. How old does a Ponytail palm have to be in order to produce a flower? Will it flower every year now?

    Thanks,
    Jim

    Nice ponytail you got there!

Not sure if this is true or not, but I have read that it's the older plants like yours that will bloom once in a while, but not every year.

Thank you for the feedback. I sure hope if flowers again soon. I can't wait to see it in full bloom.

    Thanks again,
    Jim
