hi, i wanna learn more about this "Japanese carpetgrass".
but i found no details from mr google.

i guess i 1st must know its true name, can anyone plz help id it?

For more rapid ID it's always a good idea to show individual leaves, stems and blossoms if any.
Also use something for scale known worldwide such as a golfball.

2.Zoysia matrella which is another name for Manila grass.

However, this is not what your pic shows.
Your pic looks like an Oxalis leaf. But I cannot think of such a tiny carpeting Oxalis.

Saltcedar is correct we need to see a clear close up with scale.

 

I can't see the leaves close enough to identify from the photo, but I know that Dichondra is used for lawns in some areas.

 

Medicago sp. perhaps?
