This is my first plum tree, it's in it's thrid year an Early Golden Plum about 5' high 3 across. It had small flowers on in the spring about 50 they turned into plums about 1/4" then after two weeks fell off now nothing. It's a Yellow plum tree. I have heard that it may require another plum tree, also maybe too young to bear fruit I don't know how true that is. Can anyone tell me how to make it bear fruit and stay.

Check out the lack of cross-pollination idea, perhaps that's it.
