    #3 might be Amaranthus retroflexus, that is the commonest species in the genus in Europe, where it is weakly invasive (none of them are native here, being introduced from the Americas).

    They tend to look superficially alike. I have no idea which
    species occur in the EU. Michael_F in the UK has a better
    handle on that side of the pond.
