Greetings from the San Francisco Bay Area!

I discovered this poor little thing at my new job and thought it was a palm, but later found out from a Home Depot indoor plant specialist that it's an overwatered dracaena.

I've since snipped off the burnt leaves and am nursing it at home. However, I can't find anything online that looks like it. Can you help me identify its cultivar?

    Thanks!

    Suggest repotting in well-draining soil.
