Looks like it could be a Crocosmia. If so, the flower will look something like this: http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-crocosmia-severn-sunrise-21891.htm . There are many garden cultivars. all in shades of orange, red and, less commonly, yellow. They can be rather invasive.
