Identification: please name this plant

    This flower just popped up and has no leaves, it attracts fly’s and I have seen 5 fly’s on there at once

    No flower this: it is a Stinkhorn fungus.

    Ditto to Stinkhorn. More specifically starfish fungus or sea anemone fungus Aseroe rubra.

    Thanks a lot, that's why I could not find it because I was searching google for flower not fungus. still think it is pretty but
